If you want WishYatra to delete your account-related personal data, you can send a deletion request using the process below.
How to Request Deletion
- Email your request to admin@wishyatra.co.in4.
- Use the subject line: User Data Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and phone number so we can identify your account.
What We May Delete
- Profile information linked to your WishYatra account.
- Stored traveler preferences and account metadata.
- Inactive authentication and session records where legally permitted.
What We May Retain
Certain information may be retained for fraud prevention, legal compliance, audit history, dispute handling, or operational recordkeeping where required.
Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification. Incomplete requests may require follow-up confirmation before processing.
